Profumix allows several payment methods. Our payment methods:
CREDIT CARD

POSTEPAY CARD
To pay for your purchases in advance with Postepay Card select ‘Postepay Card’ from the payment methods.
Upon confirmation of receipt of your order, you will be sent all the information you need to make the deposit, either from the comfort of your PC if you are a postepay card holder, or directly at the post office counter nearest to your home. No major charges, when depositing, as per postal regulations you will only have to add €1.00 to the total (mandatory deposit fee set by the Italian Post Office).
Once you have made the recharge you will need to communicate through a contact of your choice (preferably by e-mail) your payment information.
As soon as the information is received, verification of the payment will be made, and then the order submission will be confirmed.

PAYPAL
To pay for your purchases in advance with Paypal select ‘Paypal’ from the payment options.
Upon confirmation of your order, our software will take you to the Paypal login page where you can access your account and complete your payment.
Paypal is the world leader in its field and protects your purchases for several hundred €: a double guarantee to protect a successful conclusion of the transaction.
CASH
To pay for your purchases upon delivery, select ‘Cash on Delivery’ from the payment options.
Your purchases will be sent directly to the address you specify, and you will be able to pay for the ordered items directly upon delivery. Only cash payments are accepted in this case.
Cash on delivery has an additional handling fee of €6.
BANK TRANSFER
To pay for your purchases in advance by bank transfer select ‘Bank Transfer’ from the payment options.
Make the transfer at your bank of choice (Profumix’s bank details are listed below), indicating in the reason for payment the order number that you will be notified of at the time of purchase.
Profumix will send you the purchased products as soon as it receives confirmation of payment.
From the time the transfer is paid (usually 3-4 days from the time it is made to the time it arrives at the bank) it will take Profumix 3-4 days to process the order.
Sending the accounting by fax or e-mail does not expedite the order processing time.
