RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The sales of this site are subject to the D.L. 50 of January 15, 1992; the right of withdrawal is allowed within 10 (ten) days of receipt of the goods. The customer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must send within 10 (ten) days of receipt of the product a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, containing: the manifestation of the will to make use of the benefits granted by law, the indication of the relative product, number of the invoice (if issued) or of the receipt, the data relating to your bank account or provisions relating to other means of payment to carry out the refund. The registered letter with return receipt must be sent to the following address:

To obtain reimbursement of the amount, within the same term of 10 (ten) days from receipt of the goods, the customer must also return (at his own expense) the product to the sender by registered mail (or other types of traceable shipping). which intends to exercise the right of withdrawal, complete with the relevant sales invoice (or receipt). Refund of the consideration: within 30 (thirty) days of receiving the communication in which the consumer expresses the will to exercise the right of withdrawal, Profumix will refund by bank transfer (or other types of payment agreed with the customer). The aforementioned reimbursement refers exclusively to the price of the product, in any case the ancillary costs of shipping and home delivery will not be reimbursed and, therefore, will remain the responsibility of the consumer. Attention: for all products the packaging must be returned perfectly intact and sealed. If the package is open, it will not be possible to return it.

LAW 196/2003 PRIVACY

Pursuant to Law 196/2003, it is declared that by filling out the order form (e-mail or fax), or by sending their personal data, the user authorizes Profumix to hold their personal data. The aforementioned data will only be available to Profumix, which may use them for sending information and propaganda material strictly linked to the site. Pursuant to law 196/2003, the customer has the right to access their data as well as the right to request, at any time, the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form, blocking of data processed in violation of the law, updating, rectification and integration.
