MELAO tells the sweet and deep soul of the tropical lands of Colombia, where the sun warms the sugar cane plantations and the air smells of coffee, cocoa and flowers. Inspired by the southwest region of the country, between the mountains and plains of Valle del Cauca, MELAO evokes the trapiche, small artisanal mills where the juice of the cane has been extracted by hand for centuries, then slowly cooked to obtain a dark and thick honey, called melao. This perfume is a tribute to life in the fincas, the rural farms where each day begins with a tinto, the typical Colombian black coffee, and the air is filled with familiar and intense aromas.

MELAO is a tribute to fincas cafeteras, to the calm of foggy mornings, to the steam rising from the dishes in the kitchen, to the hands kneaded with raw sugar. A fragrance that preserves the flavor of what remains: the memory, the fatigue and the sweetness of a life lived in contact with matter.
