I had never seen such a thing.

It was fresh.

I felt nothing.

Its strong aroma had managed to reset everything around me, so much so that I could no longer smell

not even the rustle of the stream.

I stayed for hours sniffing a small stick previously dipped in that resin...

I can't explain it. Once upon a time, frankincense and myrrh resins,

they were burned to release aromas with beneficial effects on breathing and the nervous system.

Breathing has always been a bridge between us and Nature.
