Rook Perfumes is a niche fragrance house based in London. Rook was created by perfumer Nadeem Crowe, a North London-based emergency doctor who is also an actor. “The Rook Triangle represents the balance to which his three parallel careers \u2013 science, art and perfumery \u2013 lead him, with the latter sitting wonderfully in the middle of the first two.” The launch, which took place during the pandemic, took place in 3 stores in the United States then in Germany, Poland, Beijing, England and soon also in Sweden, Taiwan and Italy. Nadeem’s story: Rook was the perfume I created for myself and that I gradually decided to share. The opening is strong and phenolic with a strong note of smoked firewood and birch tar. I sometimes describe this scent as dirty\/clean while the leathery and animalic notes add a soapy accord The base is woody and dark with a warm incense accord and the memory of the smoke that started the journey.<\/p>\n
