Mon Boudoir was originally launched in 1919, created by master perfumer Robert Bienaim\u00e9. It was the favorite perfume of Queen Marie of Romania, which she wore until she died. On the occasion of the centenary of its creation, Maison Houbigant is reviving this inimitable perfume.<\/p>\n
The fragrance opens with a bright bergamot note accompanied by intriguing peppery notes. A heart of rose, geranium, ylang ylang and jasmine is enveloped in the velvety notes of iris and heliotrope. On the base, patchouli and sandalwood are combined with the most imperial of ambers, warmed by benzoin and musk, embellished with Tahitian vanilla.
