"Sweet Coffin" is the olfactory representation of a fascinating paradox: death as a return to a sweet and welcoming home. In the vision of perfumer Xiao Lan, the coffin becomes an intimate refuge, the place of definitive rest where everything stops, but nothing is really lost.
The composition, dusty and woody, evokes an atmosphere of quiet and poetic decomposition. Notes of willow bark and apricot open the fragrance with a soft and melancholic touch, while the heart of moldy cedar wood and nutmeg introduces a sense of refined decadence. The base, enigmatically defined as "dead water", seals the formula with a feeling of suspended calm, a silent embrace that welcomes and consoles.
