Suprême Nectar is a fragrance whose main note is almond. Native to Western Asia, the almond tree has been cultivated for 5000 years. Between February and March, the buds open and form magnificent white and light pink flowers. As the trees bloom, the bees collect pollen and nectar from the orchards. When bees go from tree to tree, they pollinate almond blossoms along the way. The almond tree is an excellent melliferous plant, rich in nectar and pollen. Each fertilized flower will give life to an almond.

Vanilla comes from Mexico where the Aztecs used it to soften the bitterness of chocolate. There have been numerous European attempts to grow the pods outside of their original cradle. Louis XIV fell in love with it and wanted to cultivate it on Bourbon Island, in Réunion. But all attempts under his reign failed. No one knew how to fertilize vanilla outside of its native area. Europeans did not know that the Mexican bee Melipona was responsible for pollination. Thanks to it, in fact, the orchid provides a long green fruit commonly called vanilla pod. Gourmet and suave, Melipona is a fragrance that opens elegantly with woody and vanilla notes and gives way to oriental and amber notes in the base.
