The “extrait de musique” collection wants to describe with incense the numerous sounds of the registers of the Great Organ of the Cathedral of Notre-Dame in Paris.
The sixth new fragrance that is presented, speaks synaesthetically of the trumpet register, belonging to the family of reeds, one of the oldest organ registers. The first documented evidence of this register is found in a description of a large organ of the first century BC, placed in an arena for gladiators.
The reed registers the sound thanks to the vibration of a tab (the reed) on two walls.
Characterized by a particularly metallic and “scratchy” sound just like real trumpets, they enrich and complete the instrument.
The cap, like the previous extrait de musique, faithfully reproduces the tie rod of the registers of the Great Parisian Organ.
Trompette 8 is enclosed like the previous ones inside a wooden box entirely handmade, reminiscent of the wooden case of the large harmonic boxes of the pipe organs.

The new fragrance of the delire de voyage collection by Filippo Sorcinelli, is presented today just before the Easter events.
Philip emphasizes these moments by interpreting in smell some passages of the Gospel of Mark, and in particular the moment of amazement and fear of the women when they realize that the stone of the Sepulchre has rolled away.
In an ideal image to describe this moment, the bottle of the aromatic oils based on aloe and myrrh, very expensive, which they had prepared to anoint the body of Jesus, is dropped to the ground when they saw not only the stone rolled away, but all the white linen sheets that wrapped the body. Hence the announcement of a young man dressed in a dazzling white…
The bottle together with the four “wings” that open as “ritual” are covered with sand, dust, just to remember the steps, the road and the place. But the element that blocks the attention is the cap that reproduces the stylistic features of the stone of the tomb that has rolled away, just as they were once built.
The artwork is covered in its entirety by a veil of white linen, on which is reproduced the name of the fragrance: HÆEC DIES.
The outside of the packaging is also covered with the same linen.

Art and sharing describes the collaborations and design sharings that the brand develops.
The LUX VISIONARIA fragrance opens the new collection by framing the friendship born Bianca de la Garza, Mexican-American journalist and TV personality.
Filippo and Bianca met met a few years ago in Rome, on the occasion of a documentary that the troupe was making to describe Italy, its capital and its excellences.
From there the growing mutual interest in being able to create a four-handed work that could to seal the friendship between two apparently different people but with a fundamental joint: Beauty and spiritual openness.

LUX VISIONARIA speaks of both sensibilities, of the search for that Beyond which consumes and defines, which listens to and re-designs our distortions, making us look up, while not forgetting our drama, in a cosmos meditative and full of colours.

An authentic amethyst crystal is set in the white wooden cap.
